RFID Active Tag
Designed to record, store , and deliver information to a RFID Reader.
This device operates in several modes:
- 1/ Reading mode
At regular time intervals, this RFID Active Tag sends it identifying GS1 code to the RFID reader. The standard coverage distance is 35 meter in harsh environment. - 2/ Read/write mode
It is possible to upload information in the memory of the RFID Active Tag. Then, the system is able to manage links with its content for logistic applications. Moreover, the system can also record weights, temperatures or any other useful information. The market standards protocols are supported (EAN, ODETTE, EPC,…) - 3/ Standby mode
The RFID Active Tag could transmit its data only when it is requested by a RFID reader. It is coded to identify an object (GRAI) or a place (GLN) according to standard GS1. Its packaging adapts to the support, and is very resistant to environment (chemicals, water,…). On request, the RFID Active Tag can be supplied according ATEX standards.
